Visitors:
Anyone who is not registered on check-in day is considered a visitor. All visitors must sign in at the office and will be charged a $10.00 admission fee and must be off the premises by 8:00pm. No more than 2 visitors per cabin will be allowed without advance permission from management.
Cancellation Policy:
A 45-day cancellation notice is required for return of deposit. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for cancellations made prior to 45 days of your arrival date.
Damages:
We reserve the right to charge your account for damages incurred by you or a member of your group during your stay at Bayview. If you are paying by cash, we reserve the right to collect from you and hold a security deposit which will be refunded within thirty days after satisfactory inspection of your cabin upon your departure.
Other Important Info:
Sorry, we do not allow pets. However, we will be happy to recommend local accommodations for your pets.
Common courteous behavior is expected at all times.
This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

In each of our Cabins, we have:
*sheets, blankets, pillows
*towels & face cloths
*Soap & toilet paper
*high-speed wireless internet connection
*cable TV
*coffee makers
*all dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, and cooking utensils
*window fans
*an iron may be borrowed from the office
You may bring:
*shampoo, toothpaste, body wash, and other toiletries
*beach towels (we request that you not use our bath towels for the beach or boat)
*paper napkins, paper towels, paper plates, etc.
*beach items like inner tubes, inflatable rafts, etc.

Peak Season includes Memorial Day Weekend, then June 15-October 15.
A three-night minimum is required for reservations during July & August, and
for Holiday weekends.
Less than three nights may be available by chance on a first come/first served basis.
The rates for Efficiency and One Bedroom Cabins and Guest Units A & B are based on two persons.
The rates for Two Bedroom Cabins and Guest Unit C are based on four persons.
Extra person charges are $25.00 per night per person over 10 years of age.
