| For Your Information.... We rent housekeeping cabins, which means that you rent a cabin from us and take care of the housekeeping during your stay. The cabins are thoroughly cleaned by our staff before your arrival. All beds are made up and a set of towels per registered guest is provided. If you are staying less than 3 nights, we will exchange towels and sheets for you upon request. If you are staying longer than 3 nights, please bring extra sheets and towels for your use. This does not apply to guests travelling by air. If you do forget, we will exchange towels and sheets at the posted rates. We offer a discount of $10.00/night for guests staying with us 7 or more nights. Weekly rates are based on guests taking their own extra linen. If you are staying 7 or more nights and wish to pay the daily rate (which is $10.00/night more) we will provide linen for you. Advance Deposits: 1 or 2 nights -- Prepaid in Full; 3 or more nights - $200.00. If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit charge will be processed the day the reservation is taken. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. Cancellation Policy: A 45-day cancellation notice is required for deposit refund. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to 45 days or your arrival date. Visitors: Anyone who is not registered on check-in day is considered a visitor. All visitors must sign in at the office and will be charged a $10.00 admission fee and must be off the premises by 8:00 PM. No more than 2 visitors per cabin will be allowed without advance permission from management. Damages: We reserve the right to charge your account for damages (including excessive cleaning) incurred by you or a member of your group during your stay at Bayview. If you are paying by cash, we reserve the right to collect from you and hold a security deposit, which will be refunded after inspection of your cabin. |
