Located on the waterfront, we offer a private sandy beach and boat docking facilities as well as picnic tables and charcoal grills.  Row boats, canoes and a pedal boat are available to our guests at no charge. From our docks, guests can boat from Long Lake to Sebago Lake, or stay put and enjoy fishing or swimming.   Often, our campfire serves as a gathering place for our guests. Our guests may, with advance permission, use our day-room for rainy-day family get-togethers.  This room is available off season for small functions.

Our season runs May through October with reservations accepted on a first come-first served basis.  Special rates are available for rentals of 7 or more nights.  Please call Frank or Fran Keen for further information.

About Our Cabins....
We offer housekeeping and overnight cabins on Brandy Pond on the Bay of Naples, within walking distance of many attractions.  Each of our cabins is unique, accommodating from 2 to 6 guests. All have either separate kitchens or kitchenette areas with refrigerator, gas or electric range, and microwave oven.  All have bathrooms with showers.   Although rustic, they are very clean and well equipped.
2 Bedroom Cabin
2-Bedroom Cabins:
All two bedroom cabins are waterfront and have porches.  Each has a separate kitchen.  Accommodations are four to six guests.  Prices range from $100.00/night to $160.00/night.*
Cabin 1:    l king bed, 2 twin beds;
Cabin 2:    2 double beds, 2 twin beds;
Cabin 4:    2 double beds;
Cabin 7:    l double bed, 2 twin beds.

1 Bedroom Cabins:
Cabins #6 and #9 are one bedroom cabins, each with a king bed. They are waterfront with porches, and have separate kitchens.  Each has a king sized bed.  Accommodations are for 2.  $90.00/night to $120.00/night.*

 
Efficiency Cabins:
Our efficiency cabins are one room with a  kitchenette area.  All have porches, and are either waterfront or waterview. These cabins sleep two, and range from $85.00/night to $110.00 night.*

Cabin  8:   Waterfront,  king bed
Cabin 10:   Waterview, double bed
Cabin 11:   Waterview, king bed
Duplex:
Each unit has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4.  12A has a double bed in each bedroom and 12B has a double bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other.  Each unit is air -conditioned and has a separate kitchen   $110.00/night to $135.00/night.*

Boat docks are available for all cabins.  Cots for an extra person are available at $25.00/night.  Security Deposit $100.00 at owner's discretion.
Sorry - No Pets Allowed.  However, we will be happy to recommend accommodations for your pets in our area.
